The Performance Weapons & Tricks class is on every Wednesday starting at 6pm. The class runs for 3 hours starting with the Senior Performance Weapons for the first hour followed by the Junior weapons class then followed by the Tricks class which runs for 1 hour and 30 minutes. There are many weapons to chose from in the Performance Weapons class ranging from the kama to the katana. Jason Baird's Black Belt Academy teaches the basic stricks, blocks, stabs, spins and throws in this hour long class.
The Tricks & Kicks class has long been the Academy's most exciting and enjoyable class. After a full body stretch all basic kicks and spins will be drilled over and over again to warm up the body. Once all participants are fully warmed up will they then move on to the more flashy and exciting moves.
This is a truely exciting class with many benifits which includes:
Gaining a heep of self confidence,
Improved co-ordination,
increased stamina and fitness level
plus giving a whole body work out which works virtually every muscle in the body.
