Taught by one of our male & female instructors, our ladies only kickboxing classes offer the opportunity to enjoy a new sport and benefit from a kickboxing workout in the ease of an all-female environment.
Our ladies only classes are great fun, non-contact and very safe.
Everyone is welcome regardless of your current fitness level (even if you have never taken any exercise before!). A great shared activity for friends, sisters and mothers and daughters!
